The types of protective measures since March 31, 2008. Please note that, under adult counselling schemes, there is no obligation to inform the Public Curator upon the death of the person covered by the regime. Thus, since 2010-2011, the Public Curator has been cleaning its register quarterly. Moreover, dative guardianships are guardianships assumed by persons other than the father or mother of the minor and the “other” category includes in particular provisional administration regimes, guardianships for the absent person, as well as certain other property administration regimes.
