The Food Consumption Table (2004 CCHS, cycle 2.2)

The Food Consumption Table (2004 CCHS, cycle 2.2) The food consumption table (FCT) provides estimates of daily intakes of foods (means and percentiles) obtained using data from the 2004 Canadian Community Health Survey (CCHS) cycle 2.2. Estimates were generated at three different food grouping levels based on the food group list from the Bureau of Nutritional Sciences (BNS). These estimates are presented for two consumption populations: “all persons” and “eaters only”. Each estimate is further broken down by various age-sex categories. For both consumption populations, estimates are available in two different units: 1) grams per person per day and 2) grams per kilogram of body weight per day. The Read Me, Food Group List and Body Weights tabs of the FCT provide detailed information to facilitate its use. 2021-08-19 Health Canada open-ouvert@tbs-sct.gc.ca Health and SafetyFoodsintakeconsumptiondailypopulationsagebabyinfantsadultschildrenteenagerssexmalefemaleingredientsgrainsdairyfatsmeatsmeat alternativesvegetablesfruitsbeveragesbabyfoodformulasugarssnacksnutrition Food Group List - FCT (CCHS 2004)HTML https://health.canada.ca/en/open-data/hpfb Data Dictionary - FCT (CCHS 2004)TXT https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/data-dictionary-dictionnaire-donnees-en.txt Data Dictionary - FCT (CCHS 2004)TXT https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/data-dictionary-dictionnaire-donnees-fr.txt Read Me - FCT (CCHS 2004)TXT https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/readme-lisez-moi-en.txt Read Me - FCT (CCHS 2004)TXT https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/readme-lisez-moi-fr.txt Body Weights - FCT (CCHS 2004)CSV https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/body-weights-poids-corporels-en.csv Body Weights - FCT (CCHS 2004)CSV https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/body-weights-poids-corporels-fr.csv Grain Products - FCT (CCHS 2004)CSV https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/grain-products-produits-cerealiers-en.csv Grain Products - FCT (CCHS 2004)CSV https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/grain-products-produits-cerealiers-fr.csv Fats - FCT (CCHS 2004)CSV https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/fats-matieres-grasses-en.csv Fats - FCT (CCHS 2004)CSV https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/fats-matieres-grasses-fr.csv Meats - FCT (CCHS 2004)CSV https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/meats-viandes-en.csv Meats - FCT (CCHS 2004)CSV https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/meats-viandes-fr.csv Meat Alternatives - FCT (CCHS 2004)CSV https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/meats-alternatives-substituts-de-viande-en.csv Meat Alternatives - FCT (CCHS 2004)CSV https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/meats-alternatives-substituts-de-viande-fr.csv Vegetables - FCT (CCHS 2004)CSV https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/vegetables-legumes-fr.csv Fruits - FCT (CCHS 2004)CSV https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/fruits-en.csv Fruits - FCT (CCHS 2004)CSV https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/fruits-fr.csv Beverages - FCT (CCHS 2004)CSV https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/beverages-boissons-en.csv Beverages - FCT (CCHS 2004)CSV https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/beverages-boissons-fr.csv Babyfood Products - FCT (CCHS 2004)CSV https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/babyfood-products-aliments-pour-bebes-en.csv Babyfood Products - FCT (CCHS 2004)CSV https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/babyfood-products-aliments-pour-bebes-fr.csv Miscellaneous - FCT (CCHS 2004)CSV https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/miscellaneous-divers-en.csv Miscellaneous - FCT (CCHS 2004)CSV https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/miscellaneous-divers-fr.csv Vegetables - FCT (CCHS 2004)CSV https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/vegetables-legumes-en.csv Food Consumption Table (CCHS 2004) - Datasets and InstructionsXLS https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/food-consumption-table-tableau-consommation-alimentaire-en.xlsx Food Consumption Table (CCHS 2004) - Datasets and InstructionsXLS https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/food-consumption-table-tableau-consommation-alimentaire-fr.xlsx Dairy Products - FCT (CCHS 2004)CSV https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/dairy-products-produits-laitiers-en.csv Dairy Products - FCT (CCHS 2004)CSV https://health.canada.ca/apps/open-data/hpfb-dgpsa/dairy-products-produits-laitiers-fr.csv User's Guide to the Food Consumption Table (CCHS 2004)HTML https://health.canada.ca/en/open-data/hpfb/user-guide User's Guide to the Food Consumption Table (CCHS 2004)HTML https://health.canada.ca/fr/open-data/hpfb/user-guide Food Group List - FCT (CCHS 2004)HTML https://health.canada.ca/fr/open-data/hpfb
