The main objective of this survey was to obtain additional information regarding the presence and levels of undeclared allergens and gluten in sauces and salad dressings. Of the 297 samples tested, 2 samples were found to contain undeclared allergens such as beta-lactoglobulin (BLG), casein and sesame. None of the products sampled in this survey was found to present a health risk.
