Indicator Summary Data: Change in Timing and Volume of River Flow in BC (1912-2012)

Indicator Summary Data: Change in Timing and Volume of River Flow in BC (1912-2012) This tabular dataset is the result of an analysis supporting the indicator 'Change in Timing and Volume of River Flow in BC' published in [Indicators of Climate Change for British Columbia (2015-16 Update)](http://www2.gov.bc.ca/assets/download/216DBDF5B9504E6B9B29D8E6C0CD2849) and on [Environmental Reporting BC](http://www.env.gov.bc.ca/soe/indicators/climate-change/rivers.html). The analysis used river flow monitoring data for B.C. available from the [the Environment and Climate Change Canada HYDAT Database](https://www.canada.ca/en/environment-climate-change/services/water-overview/quantity/monitoring/survey/data-products-services/explorer.html). The results dataset includes station name, station ID, location coordinates, hydrological metadata, estimates and significance of long-term change in river flow timing (days per year) and river flow volume (m3 per second per year) and statistical significance of estimates. Estimates are provided annually and seasonally for two trend time periods, 1912-2012 for six stations and 1958-2012 for 11 stations. 2024-05-01 Government of British Columbia johanna.wolf@gov.bc.ca Nature and Environmentclimate changeenvironmental reportinghydrologyindicatorriver flowstateofenvironmentsurface water Summary: Trends in BC Riverflow Timing & VolumeCSV https://catalogue.data.gov.bc.ca/dataset/d6f30634-a6a8-45b5-808e-210036f25044/resource/eecc311c-2e5b-4bec-8d0a-ae5f1956dffe/download/bcriverflowtimingvolumetrends.csv Original metadata (https://catalogue.data.gov.bc.ca)HTML https://catalogue.data.gov.bc.ca/dataset/indicator-summary-data-change-in-timing-and-volume-of-river-flow-in-bc-1912-2012-
