CFIA-Undeclared Allergens and Gluten in Maple Products - 2018-2019 ​The main objective of this survey was to obtain baseline information regarding the presence and levels of undeclared allergens and gluten in maple products. Of the 319 samples tested, 1 was found to contain undeclared casein.
