Climatic Regions Thornthwaite Classification Thermal Efficiency Regions

Climatic Regions Thornthwaite Classification Thermal Efficiency Regions Contained within the 5th Edition (1978 to 1995) of the National Atlas of Canada is a map that shows the distribution for the two thermal aspects of Thornthwaite's climate classification system. There is thermal efficiency (a measure of heat received at the ground) shown as coloured areas in five classes and summer concentration of thermal efficiency shown by linework separating the eight classes. The climatic data for 1941 to 1970 is used for both aspects. 2022-03-14 Natural Resources Canada geoinfo@nrcan.gc.ca Nature and EnvironmentScience and Technologyclimatemeteorological datameteorologytemperature Download English JPG through HTTPJPG https://ftp.geogratis.gc.ca/pub/nrcan_rncan/raster/atlas_5_ed/eng/environment/climate/mcr4155.jpg Download English PDF through HTTPPDF https://ftp.geogratis.gc.ca/pub/nrcan_rncan/raster/atlas_5_ed/eng/environment/climate/mcr4155.pdf Download French JPG through HTTPJPG https://ftp.geogratis.gc.ca/pub/nrcan_rncan/raster/atlas_5_ed/fra/environment/climate/mcr4155.jpg Download French PDF through HTTPPDF https://ftp.geogratis.gc.ca/pub/nrcan_rncan/raster/atlas_5_ed/fra/environment/climate/mcr4155.pdf
