CFIA-Undeclared gluten in legume/pulse products - 2021-2022 ​The main objective of this survey was to obtain baseline information regarding the presence and levels of undeclared gluten in legume/pulse products. Of the 261 samples tested, 10 samples were found to contain varying levels of undeclared gluten, ranging from 6.1ppm to 210 ppm.
