Use of safe active routes (VAS)

Use of safe active routes (VAS) Active safe routes (VAS) have been established in order to give more space to pedestrians and cyclists in compliance with physical distance measures in the context of COVID-19. They took different forms depending on the context in which they were implemented. More space has been given to pedestrians by creating pedestrian corridors or pedestrian streets and new bike lanes have also been created. To assess the impact, several automated counting stations were installed for a variable period of time in addition to VAS. This data set presents a compilation of the counts made. 2024-09-04 Government and Municipalities of Québec donneesouvertes@montreal.ca Transport List of counting stationsCSV https://donnees.montreal.ca/dataset/f2d3a3ca-a15e-407c-aa12-a999bfdf5989/resource/69881868-2cbc-4cc0-b7cd-1a94e1985d21/download/liste_des_stations_de_comptage.csv Bicycle counters (VAS)CSV https://donnees.montreal.ca/dataset/f2d3a3ca-a15e-407c-aa12-a999bfdf5989/resource/1e67f446-ed92-4f58-9586-113fcf5b6a73/download/comptages_velos_vas.csv Pedestrian Counting (VAS)CSV https://donnees.montreal.ca/dataset/f2d3a3ca-a15e-407c-aa12-a999bfdf5989/resource/0738af6c-be20-49d0-b598-06052725290a/download/comptages_pietons_vas.csv Original metadata (https://www.donneesquebec.ca)HTML https://www.donneesquebec.ca/recherche/fr/dataset/f2d3a3ca-a15e-407c-aa12-a999bfdf5989
