Station and flow basin/level - General public

Station and flow basin/level - General public Measurement of flow and level stations belonging to the Ministry of Public Security (MSP) partners using the rate-level application (ADN) developed at the MSP. Flows and levels make it possible to automatically monitor open water floods on rivers, watersheds and lakes where hydrometric stations are installed based on pre-established consequence thresholds. Other watercourses that do not have such instruments are also monitored by municipal and government authorities. In order to quickly visualize the sectors most at risk of flooding, watersheds and administrative regions, the application displays by default the color of the station with the highest threshold. Purpose: Integrate all data from MSP partners' hydrometric stations into a single application linked to web services (e.g. WMS, WFS). These data are imported in real time to monitor floods and monitor low water levels. Data from the following partners are integrated into the application and web services: Centre d'expertise du Québec, Meteorological Service of Canada, Canadian Hydrographic Service, Hydro Weather, Chaudière River Monitoring System, and USGS.**This third party metadata element was translated using an automated translation tool (Amazon Translate).** 2023-04-27 Government and Municipalities of Québec cog@msp.gouv.qc.ca Form DescriptorsNature and EnvironmentScience and Technology Vigilance - Monitoring of flood watersHTML https://vigilance.geo.msp.gouv.qc.ca/ Interactive mapHTML https://geoegl.msp.gouv.qc.ca/igo2/apercu-qc/?wmsUrl=/ws/igo_gouvouvert.fcgi&layers=adn_station_max_public_v,adn_bassin_n1_public_v Original metadata (https://www.donneesquebec.ca)HTML https://www.donneesquebec.ca/recherche/fr/dataset/1d7d1a92-7cba-438b-9e31-e98dedd2f0b8 A geographic entity web service, or WFS, is available.WFS https://geoegl.msp.gouv.qc.ca/ws/adnInternetV2.fcgi?service=wfs&version=1.1.0&request=getcapabilities The geographic information layers in this interactive map are available as a cartographic web service or WMS.WMS https://geoegl.msp.gouv.qc.ca/ws/adnInternetV2.fcgi?service=wms&version=1.3.0&request=getcapabilities&layers=ADN_INTERNET_SECURITE_PUBLIQUE_V2&legend_format=image/png&feature_info_type=text/plain The geographic information layers in this interactive map are available as a cartographic web service or WMS.WMS https://geoegl.msp.gouv.qc.ca/ws/adnInternetV2.fcgi?service=wms&version=1.3.0&request=getcapabilities&layers=ADN_INTERNET_SECURITE_PUBLIQUE_V2&legend_format=image/png&feature_info_type=text/plain
