Shared Services Canada Privacy Impact Assessment Summaries

Shared Services Canada Privacy Impact Assessment Summaries The summaries for completed Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) conducted by Shared Services Canada. Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) are used to identify the potential privacy risks of new or redesigned federal government programs or services. They also help eliminate or reduce any identified risks to an acceptable level or possibly determine new risks by virtue of monitoring an established privacy management plan, which is a part of the PIA process. In accordance with the Treasury Board Directive on Privacy Impact Assessment, virtually all government institutions, as defined in the Privacy Act, must conduct PIAs for new or redesigned programs and services that raise privacy issues. PIAs take a close look at how government departments protect personal information as it is collected, used, disclosed, stored and ultimately destroyed. These assessments help create a privacy-sensitive culture. 2020-10-30 Shared Services Canada open-ouvert@tbs-sct.gc.ca Government and PoliticsInformation and CommunicationsLawPrivacy Impact AssessmentsPIAPrivacy Privacy Impact Assessment Summary for the Enterprise Mobile Device Management (EMDM) serviceHTML https://www.canada.ca/en/shared-services/corporate/transparency/access-information-privacy/publications/public-privacy-impact-assessment-enterprise-mobile-device-management.html Privacy Impact Assessment Summary for the Enterprise Mobile Device Management (EMDM) serviceHTML https://www.canada.ca/fr/services-partages/organisation/transparence/acces-information-protection-renseignements-personnels/publications/resume-evaluation-facteurs-vie-privee-gestion-appareils-mobiles-entreprise-destine-public.html Privacy Impact Assessment for the Hosted Contact Centre ServiceHTML https://www.canada.ca/en/shared-services/corporate/transparency/access-information-privacy/publications/privacy-impact-assessment-hosted-contact-centreservice.html Privacy Impact Assessment for the Hosted Contact Centre ServiceHTML https://www.canada.ca/fr/services-partages/organisation/transparence/acces-information-protection-renseignements-personnels/publications/evaluation-facteurs-relatifs-vie-privee-services-centre-contact-heberge.html Government Electronic Directory Services 2.0HTML https://www.canada.ca/fr/services-partages/organisation/transparence/acces-information-protection-renseignements-personnels/publications/evaluations-facteurs-relatifs-vie-privee-services-annuaires-gouvernementaux-electroniques.html Government Electronic Directory Services 2.0HTML https://www.canada.ca/en/shared-services/corporate/transparency/access-information-privacy/publications/privacy-impact-assessments-summary-government-electronic-directory-services.html Employee Experience and Skills InventoryHTML https://www.canada.ca/fr/services-partages/organisation/transparence/acces-information-protection-renseignements-personnels/publications/evaluations-facteurs-relatifs-vie-privee-repertoire-competences-experience-employes.html Employee Experience and Skills InventoryHTML https://www.canada.ca/en/shared-services/corporate/transparency/access-information-privacy/publications/privacy-impact-assessments-summary-employee-experience-skills-inventory.html SecureKey Concierge – Credential Broker ServiceHTML https://www.canada.ca/en/shared-services/corporate/transparency/access-information-privacy/publications/securekey-concierge-credential-broker-service.html SecureKey Concierge – Credential Broker ServiceHTML https://www.canada.ca/fr/services-partages/organisation/transparence/acces-information-protection-renseignements-personnels/securekey-service-concierge-service-courtier-justificatifs-didentite.html GCKey - Government of Canada Branded Credential ServiceHTML https://www.canada.ca/fr/services-partages/organisation/transparence/acces-information-protection-renseignements-personnels/clegc-service-justificatifs-identite-portant-marque-gouvernement-canada.html GCKey - Government of Canada Branded Credential ServiceHTML https://www.canada.ca/en/shared-services/corporate/transparency/access-information-privacy/publications/gckey-government-canada-branded-credential-service.html Privacy Impact Assessment Summary for the Electronic Procurement and Payment System (EPP)HTML https://www.canada.ca/en/shared-services/corporate/transparency/access-information-privacy/publications/privacy-impact-assessment-summary-epp-system.html Privacy Impact Assessment Summary for the Electronic Procurement and Payment System (EPP)HTML https://www.canada.ca/fr/services-partages/organisation/transparence/acces-information-protection-renseignements-personnels/publications/resume-evaluation-facteurs-relatifs-systeme-apl.html Privacy Impact Assessment for the Conflict of Interest and Declaration SystemHTML https://www.canada.ca/en/shared-services/corporate/transparency/access-information-privacy/publications/privacy-impact-assessment-coids.html Privacy Impact Assessment for the Conflict of Interest and Declaration SystemHTML https://www.canada.ca/fr/services-partages/organisation/transparence/acces-information-protection-renseignements-personnels/publications/resume-evaluation-facteurs-sdci.html
