The Quebec Pension Plan is a mandatory public insurance plan for people aged 18 or over who work and whose annual income exceeds $3,500. It offers these people and those who have already worked in Quebec, as well as their loved ones, basic financial protection in the event of retirement, death or in the event of disability.
