Oils Authenticity Summary Data

Oils Authenticity Summary Data ​Canadian Food Inspection Agency collects samples of olive oils and other expensive oils to verify accurate representation. The olive oil samples are tested for authenticity, adulteration, substitution or dilution with cheaper oils by assessing the sterol and fatty acid profile by gas chromatography.
