Phytoplankton pigments along Line-P

Phytoplankton pigments along Line-P Phytoplankton pigments, determined by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) are measured on DFO cruises three times a year in February, June, and August/September along Line P in the northeast subarctic Pacific. Sampling for phytoplankton pigments started in 2006 at the five main Line P stations and was expanded to sample at all twenty seven stations along the transect in June 2010. 2023-07-11 Fisheries and Oceans Canada Angelica.Pena@dfo-mpo.gc.ca Nature and EnvironmentScience and TechnologyBiological oceanographyPhytoplanktonMicroalgaePlanktonAquatic ecosystems Data DictionaryHTML https://pacgis01.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/FGPPublic/Phytoplankton_Pigments_LineP/Data_dictionary_EN_FR_phytoplankton_pigment_monitoring_WC_Canada.htm HPLC_Line-PCSV https://pacgis01.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/FGPPublic/Phytoplankton_Pigments_LineP/HPLC_LineP_2006to2017_EN.csv HPLC_Line-PCSV https://pacgis01.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/FGPPublic/Phytoplankton_Pigments_LineP/CLHP_LigneP_2006to2017_FR.csv HPLC_Line-PESRI REST https://gisp.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/arcgis/rest/services/FGP/Phytoplankton_Pigments_Along_LineP/MapServer/0 HPLC_Line-PESRI REST https://gisp.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/arcgis/rest/services/FGP/Phytoplankton_Pigments_Along_LineP/MapServer/1
