Health Characteristics, Two-year Period Estimates

Health Characteristics, Two-year Period Estimates In 1991, the National Task Force on Health Information cited a number of issues and problems with the health information system. To respond to these issues, the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI), Statistics Canada and Health Canada joined forces to create a Health Information Roadmap. From this mandate, the Canadian Community Health Survey (CCHS) was conceived. The CCHS is a cross-sectional survey that collects information related to health status, health care utilization and health determinants for the Canadian population. The survey is offered in both official languages. It relies upon a large sample of respondents and is designed to provide reliable estimates at the health region level every 2 years. The primary use of the CCHS data is for health surveillance and population health research. The data presented here is by age group and sex, for Canada, provinces, territories and health regions (2017 boundaries). 2022-03-02 Statistics Canada STATCAN.infostats-infostats.STATCAN@canada.ca Health and SafetySociety and CulturesocietypopulationstatisticshealthHealthSocioeconomic dataStatisticsGeographic dataHealth care Health characteristics, two-year period estimates (13100113)WMS https://maps-cartes.services.geo.ca/server2_serveur2/services/StatCan/health_characteristics_en/MapServer/WMSServer?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMS Health characteristics, two-year period estimates (13100113)WMS https://maps-cartes.services.geo.ca/server2_serveur2/services/StatCan/health_characteristics_fr/MapServer/WMSServer?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMS Health characteristics, two-year period estimates (13100113)ESRI REST https://maps-cartes.services.geo.ca/server2_serveur2/rest/services/StatCan/health_characteristics_en/MapServer Health characteristics, two-year period estimates (13100113)ESRI REST https://maps-cartes.services.geo.ca/server2_serveur2/rest/services/StatCan/health_characteristics_fr/MapServer Geodatabase ESRI FileFGDB/GDB https://ftp.cartes.canada.ca/pub/statcan_statcan/Seniors_A%c3%aene/health_characteristics/health_characteristics.gdb.zip ArcMap Project FileMXD https://ftp.cartes.canada.ca/pub/statcan_statcan/Seniors_A%c3%aene/health_characteristics/health_characteristics_en.mxd ArcMap Project FileMXD https://ftp.cartes.canada.ca/pub/statcan_statcan/Seniors_A%c3%aene/health_characteristics/health_characteristics_fr.mxd Canadian Community Health Survey - Annual Component (CCHS)HTML https://www23.statcan.gc.ca/imdb/p2SV.pl?Function=getSurvey&SDDS=3226 Canadian Community Health Survey - Annual Component (CCHS)HTML https://www23.statcan.gc.ca/imdb/p2SV_f.pl?Function=getSurvey&SDDS=3226 Health characteristics, two-year period estimatesHTML https://www150.statcan.gc.ca/t1/tbl1/en/tv.action?pid=1310011301 Health characteristics, two-year period estimatesHTML https://www150.statcan.gc.ca/t1/tbl1/fr/tv.action?pid=1310011301&request_locale=fr
