Geographic information for Ontario Health Regions (OH Regions) and Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs). OH Regions and the LHINs found within them are funded by the Ministry of Health to plan, coordinate and fund local health care services for improving patient experience and access to care. The LHIN boundary file is maintained by Statistics Canada. A link is provided to the Statistics Canada website where you can download the LHIN boundary file in a variety of formats.
