Water Quality - Prince Albert

Water Quality - Prince Albert Water quality data is based around two of the largest lakes in Prince Albert National Park – Kingsmere and Waskesiu. Data is collected monthly from May through September each year, with additional water chemistry sampling in March. Water chemistry and Secchi disk depths are sampled by boat at three open water locations, and E.coli levels are tested from three high use beach locations. Discharge measurements are taken for Waskesiu Lake inflow (Kingsmere River, Mud Creek) and outflow (Waskesiu River). Kingsmere and Waskesiu Lakes are representative examples of PANP’s natural aquatic ecosystems, and Waskesiu is a popular recreation location. Monitoring water quality in these lakes is a high priority because of their ecological importance to the overall ecological integrity of the park. 2020-03-25 Parks Canada fiona.moreland@canada.ca Nature and EnvironmentPrince Albert National ParkSaskatchewanfreshwaterwater qualityspecific conductivityammoniaoxygenSecchi diskcarbonphosphorusnitritenitratenitrogenchlorophyllaquaticE. coliwater dischargestream flow Water Quality - Prince Albert - Probe Data - 1CSV https://124gc.sharepoint.com/:x:/s/external/_layouts/15/download.aspx/EasHL15KeJdGmlQ_6mxgrZIBS-n0LNrG9QkKtfm0uiLPHA?e=e0yPpD Water Quality - Prince Albert - Chemistry Data - 2CSV https://124gc.sharepoint.com/:x:/s/external/_layouts/15/download.aspx/EfxMhiRoaGRKhQllKMp9kacBc5mMaMi3UZfxz1xWe9gy-Q?e=hMdaLC Water Quality - Prince Albert - E.Coli Data - 3CSV https://124gc.sharepoint.com/:x:/s/external/_layouts/15/download.aspx/EZvqgyWn56lNu7yjf6OQzmsBn2v1VL6dDRoxtWqX2oWk0w?e=cbqhLw Water Quality - Prince Albert - Secchi Desk Data - 4CSV https://124gc.sharepoint.com/:x:/s/external/_layouts/15/download.aspx/ESA3bZqEpFBGiCpt8M7qYx8BbBuDC3isPiNFdclPFTRz0g?e=9XpgDB Water Quality - Prince Albert - Discharge Data - 5CSV https://124gc.sharepoint.com/:x:/s/external/_layouts/15/download.aspx/EXiVvKv_acJEub3AdsarPUwBppwGUZVGC_2r85gr9g7gAA?e=dENcng Water Quality - Prince Albert - Chemistry Data DictionaryCSV https://124gc.sharepoint.com/:x:/s/external/_layouts/15/download.aspx/ESLU9hKQMwRKoCRuyS0lTZkB2zAZ2dTgGsyNArbJ4NZZqA?e=xUMnwW Water Quality - Prince Albert - Data - 6CSV https://124gc.sharepoint.com/:x:/s/external/_layouts/15/download.aspx/EWC6ozybsO1Gk5UQxi8V_50BwSLYSswqV-UQkkEMkEUjQA?e=EMvTRm
