Research in Brief: The Practice of Family Law in Canada: Results from surveys for the 2018 National Family Law Program This report highlights some key findings of the 2018 National Family Law surveys of family law professionals in Canada. Since 1998, the Department of Justice Canada (Justice Canada) has conducted biennial surveys of lawyers and judges working in family law in Canada.
