The main objective of this survey was to obtain additional information regarding the presence and levels of undeclared allergens and gluten in soup and broth products. Of the 296 samples tested, 8 samples were found to contain undeclared allergens such as egg, milk and soy. 1 soup product was found to represent a heath risk, and was recalled.
