Property Transfer Tax Data 2023 Property transfer tax (PTT) data relating to market transactions within the province. This data-set contains the information obtained from the 2023 market transactions. Municipalities with one to four transactions will be noted as Not Releasable (nr) as they do not meet the minimum amount of five transactions within the geographic location.
