PDD - Caseload by Service Delivery Model The Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD) program provides services to help adults with developmental disabilities live as independently as possible in their communities.   PDD supports and services are available to individuals through Family Managed Services (FMS) agreements, contracts with community service providers, or through facilities that are operated directly by the Government of Alberta.
