Companies that do not comply with the francization process Article 22 of the [Government Policy on the Use and Quality of the French Language in Administration] (https://cdn-contenu.quebec.ca/cdn-contenu/adm/min/justice/publications-adm/spvlf/politique-gouvernementale-langue-francaise.pdf) provides that: “The Administration shall not award any contract, subsidy or advantage, whatever the value, to an enterprise subject to sections 135 to 154 of the [Charter] (http://www.legisquebec.gouv.qc.ca/fr/ShowDoc/cs/c-11), if the enterprise does not have a certificate of registration, or if it has not provided, within the prescribed period, an analysis of its linguistic situation, or if it does not have a certificate of application of a program or a francization, or if his name appears on the List of companies that do not comply with the francization process published on the website of the Office québécois de la langue française.
