This impacts data captured in the column ‘‘Outcome1’ starting with data posted to the catalogue on March 11, 2022. On November 30, 2023 the count of COVID-19 deaths was updated to include missing historical deaths from January 15, 2020 to March 31, 2023. This impacts data captured in the column ‘Outcome1’. CCM is a dynamic disease reporting system which allows ongoing update to data previously entered. As a result, data extracted from CCM represents a snapshot at the time of extraction and may differ from previous or subsequent results. Public Health Units continually clean up COVID-19 data, correcting for missing or overcounted cases and deaths. These corrections can result in data spikes and current totals being different from previously reported cases and deaths. Observed trends over time should be interpreted with caution for the most recent period due to reporting and/or data entry lags. ### Related dataset(s) * [Status of COVID-19 cases in Ontario](https://data.ontario.ca/dataset/status-of-covid-19-cases-in-ontario) 2024-05-08 Government of Ontario Health and SafetyHealthCOVID-19Health and wellness Confirmed positive cases of COVID19 in OntarioCSV https://data.ontario.ca/dataset/f4112442-bdc8-45d2-be3c-12efae72fb27/resource/455fd63b-603d-4608-8216-7d8647f43350/download/conposcovidloc.csv Cases reported in 2020CSV https://data.ontario.ca/dataset/f4112442-bdc8-45d2-be3c-12efae72fb27/resource/5cad2b06-e131-44e7-ad46-757ac67e041d/download/conposcovidloc_2020.csv Cases reported in 2021CSV https://data.ontario.ca/dataset/f4112442-bdc8-45d2-be3c-12efae72fb27/resource/822d637d-3416-4ad8-b09b-a748ae1370e0/download/conposcovidloc_2021.csv Cases reported in 2022CSV https://data.ontario.ca/dataset/f4112442-bdc8-45d2-be3c-12efae72fb27/resource/c657aeb9-b829-4e16-8e3b-9c9e2aa45313/download/conposcovidloc_2022.csv Cases reported in 2023CSV https://data.ontario.ca/dataset/f4112442-bdc8-45d2-be3c-12efae72fb27/resource/ac6ac661-81ea-415b-8934-3a111b8f800f/download/conposcovidloc_2023.csv Data DictionaryXLSX https://data.ontario.ca/dataset/f4112442-bdc8-45d2-be3c-12efae72fb27/resource/8f5cb424-cef5-4e09-95f1-8ac33ef24931/download/conposcovidloc_data_dictionary_april2023_updates.xlsx Cases reported in 2024CSV https://data.ontario.ca/dataset/f4112442-bdc8-45d2-be3c-12efae72fb27/resource/fa1a6700-a111-4984-ac52-ace24ee64f93/download/conposcovidloc_2024.csv Original metadata (https://data.ontario.ca)HTML https://data.ontario.ca/dataset/f4112442-bdc8-45d2-be3c-12efae72fb27 Original metadata (https://data.ontario.ca/fr)HTML https://data.ontario.ca/fr/dataset/f4112442-bdc8-45d2-be3c-12efae72fb27
