This edition of T1 Filing Compliance presents data based on income tax and benefit returns for the 2019 tax year. Initial assessment values were used to produce the tables. Any changes resulting from reassessments are not included; therefore, statistics in this publication are subject to change.

The corporate statistical tables provide key tax and accounting information as of June 30, 2022, for all T2 returns that were assessed or reassessed for corporations with tax years that end within the 2015 to 2020 calendar years. These tables are released yearly.

The SR&ED statistical tables provide key tax and accounting information as of September 30, 2021. The tables include select information from all T2 returns that were assessed or reassessed for corporations with tax years ending in years 2013 to 2019.

The Goods and Services Tax/Harmonized Sales Tax (GST/HST) credit statistics present data based on the information that the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) collected and processed for all individual recipients for the 2016-2017 benefit year, which covers the period from July 2016 to June 2017.

The Goods and Services Tax/Harmonized Sales Tax (GST/HST) credit statistics present data based on the information that the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) collected and processed for all individual recipients for the 2017-2018 benefit year, which covers the period from July 2017 to June 2018.
