The bulk XML PIT files for all consolidated federal Acts and Regulations is a collection of point in time XML files found on the Justice Laws Website. Point in Time data for the Acts is from January 1, 2003 and March 22, 2006 for the Regulations.

The bulk XML Web files are a slight variation of the files found in the Consolidated federal Acts and regulations – BULK XML files. The WebXML files contain extra data that is inserted as attributes/elements that are used in the process of generating html pages for the Justice Laws website. The...
