Request Summary: I am looking for data and information on the category of study permit applications submitted from outside Canada by applicants from Rwanda (Rwandan nationals) for the period January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022. Specifically, I am looking for 1) the number of applications received, 2) the number of applications approved, 3) the number of applications refused. For each applicant, the data should also indicate: 1. The name of the designated educational institution to which the applicant was accepted 2. The age of the applicant 3. The officer’s decision (whether the study permit application was approved or refused) 4. The reason for the officer’s decision
