Request Summary: A 2010 and 2013 audit of the Public Health Agency of Canada's (PHAC) emergency prepardeness made the following recommendation. The Director, Evaluation Services Division, in collaboration with the Director General (DG), Centre for Emergency Preparedness and Response (CEPR) will conduct an evaluation of the National Emergency Stockpile System (NESS) Program to assess its relevance. The final report that assessed the stockpile's relevance, as well as the management response and action plan.
