Request Summary: Please provide all documents from July 26, 2020 to the present (November 02, 2020), respecting: (1) the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner’s Peschisolido Report, tabled in the House of Commons on February 5, 2020, (2) Michael Barrett’s notices of motions in the House concerning the Report, given on February 19 and September 24, 2020, (3) the House’s adoption of a motion concerning the Peschisolido Report on September 29, 2020, ordering Mr. Peschisolido to apologize, and (4) Mr. Peschisolido’s apology presented to the House on October 19, 2020. Please exclude (1) memoranda to Cabinet and aides-memoire for Cabinet consideration, (2) Treasury Board submissions, (3) speaking notes or decks for presentations to Cabinet or its committees, (4) briefing notes and covering memoranda concerning records in categories (1) to (3), (5) duplicate copies of e-mails (i.e., exclude earlier messages in a thread of e-mails if a later message contains the earlier message(s)), (6) publicly available versions of government documents (i.e., do not exclude drafts of those documents), (7) the French version of documents which are equally available in each official language, and (8) copies of draft legislative texts.
