Request Summary: Please provide the following information regarding immigration and citizenship applications received and processed by IRCC: Application types I'm looking for are: 1. parent and grandparent sponsorship PR, 2. spousal sponsorship PR, and 3. supervisa. 1). The number of applications submitted for each of the above 3 application types, broken down by year from 2015 to 2024, and further broken down by applicants' nationality within each year. 2). The average processing time for each of the above 3 application types, broken down by year from 2015 to 2024, and further broken down by applicants' nationality within each year. 3). The number of applications surpassed the standard application processing timeline for each of the above 3 application types, broken down by year from 2015 to 2024, and further broken down by applicants' nationality within each year. 4). The number of open applications for each of the above 3 application types, currently in the system, either haven't been processed, or are waiting for a final decision, broken down by year of submission from 2015 to 2024, and further broken down by applicants' nationality within each year. Additionally, please provide the following details regarding the security check: Detail the criteria and procedures used to determine whether an immigration applicant needs to undergo a security screening conducted by CSIS and/or CBSA. This should include factors, indicators, or conditions that trigger IRCC to initiate a referral to the other government bodies for security screening, including but not limited to the applicant's country of origin, nationality, educational background, work experience, and political party affiliation. Include documents, guidelines, internal training materials, memos, etc., that outline the criteria and process for determining the need for security checks. Provide country-specific guidelines if there are any. From 2015-01-01 to 2024-05-31.
