I am interested in all reviewing records including but not limited to emails, briefing notes, decision notes, records of meetings and telephone discussions, drafts of correspondence and drafts of communications, plus communications between CER staff and between CER staff and any of the Commissioners, including but not limited to briefing notes and decision notes prepared for them.
