Request Summary: We require all the internal instructions, documents containing processing instructions, internal policies and notes which are not readily available to the public, which have been provided to immigration officers who are responsible for processing IMP C-11 and ICT applications at CPC Edmonton from October 2022 up to June 13 2023 (when you see this request.) Our aim is to know how and why and under which circumstances the case processing behaviors, focus and requirements of immigration officers at CPC Edmonton suddenly changed towards IMP applications especially C-11 and ICT exemption codes.
