Request Summary: Provide copies of records released under files: 1) A-2016-41309: All documents between January 26 and Feb. 6, 2017, including correspondence, briefing notes, emails and PINs, regarding U.S. President Donald Trump's executive order signed on January 27 restricting immigration and refugees admissions to the United States. 2) A-2016-39915: From January 1, 2017 to January 31, 2017, any briefing notes, memos, decks, studies or analysis concerning the impact of U.S election on Canadian immigration and refugee policy. 3) A-2016-40297: Provide documents including but not limited to briefing notes, emails and memos, regarding Republican/Trump's plans for immigration and refugees and their effect on Canadian policy, between January 18, 2017 and January. 28, 2017. Remove all instances of duplicates and non-relevant information and identify them as such while preserving the context of the relevant information. Provide only final or latest versions. Omit records that would require consultation for confirmation of a Cabinet confidence. 4) A-2016-48595: For the period January 1, 2017 to March 22, 2017, provide copies of memos, briefing notes, backgrounders, analyses, and reports related to the assumption of the U.S. Presidency by Donald Trump, including but not limited to possible and actual U.S. policy changes under President Trump. Provide only final versions, or latest versions where no final version exists. Exclude e-mail, but include e-mail attachments that are of the type of records identified. 5) Also, provide memos, briefing notes, regarding U.S President Donald Trump's executive order on immigration from March 23 to Nov 29, 2017. Exclude media monitoring. Remove all instances of duplicates and non-relevant information and identify them as such while preserving the context of the relevant information.
