Request Summary: IRCC initiated a program to provide TRPs to victims of Family Violence in or around July 2019. This program had nevertheless been discussed with various stakeholders in the past, notably with {Kamaljit Kaur Lehal}, a lawyer who advocated for its creation. I would please like to have a copy of all records, excluding emails, related to instructions or training of officers on processing applications made with this programme, including but not limited to training manuals, intranet instructions different from program delivery instructions, teacher's manuals, course slide-decks, memos, addendums and errata updating instructions. We are interested in all records from January 01 2015 to August 31st 2019. Any contents included in a previous related ATIP result numbered {1A-2022-01939} can be excluded.
