Request Summary: Information from Health Canada concerning the following material in any form: Dr. Dean Smith of Health Canada attended an Ad-Hoc Cluster meeting on August 24, 2023. The agenda of the notes, e- meeting, all meeting and presentation notes, summary notes and the names & associations of individuals who were invited, as well as those who attended. Dr. Smith proposed that the attendees address the SV40 issue with a representative of the European Medical Association, and others. The agenda, all meeting & presentation notes, summary notes and the names of individuals who were invited and those who attended. In an email dated August 23, 2023, Dr. Smith acknowledged that he had attended the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI)-World Health Organization (WHO) Regulatory Advisory Group (RAG) meeting on August 17, 2023 where he spoke about “the SV40 sequence in the plasmid.” The agenda, all meeting and summary notes, Dr. Smith’s presentation, and the names of individuals who were invited and those who attended. On August 25, 2023, an email from Tong Wu with the subject line “SV40 SEQUENCE - PFIZER’S RESPONSE”, stated, “As expected, Pfizer did not commit.” Provide any further e-mails and documentation from Tong Wu with respect to this reference to either Health Canada or to Pfizer.
