Request Summary: Review and Monitoring reports and annexes pursuant to IRPA s. 102(3), March 2018 - present: I am requesting copies of any and all reports and annexes produced by the Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (including but not limited to the Refugee Affairs Branch, the Office of the Assistant Deputy Minister, Strategic and Program Policy, and/or the Office of the Deputy Minister) from March 2018 to present, relating to the ongoing monitoring of the asylum system and human rights conditions in the USA. Specifically, I am requesting the reports produced summarizing data and research tracking, analyzing, and reporting on issues relating to the requirements for continuing review under s. 102(3) and further to Order in Council 2015-0809.
