Request Summary: From January 1, 2020, to July 1, 2022, a copy of all the following documents between the Government of Quebec (or its public administration) and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) owing to COVID-19 and global travel restrictions during the pandemic: 1) the measures taken to prioritize the processing of the files of permanent resident applicants from Quebec already in Quebec or elsewhere in Canada; 2) including the qualified workers selected by Quebec or other economic migrants; and 3) measures to facilitate access to a work permit or temporary residence (or to maintain these) for people with a CSQ and located in Quebec or elsewhere in Canada; 4) any other request from Quebec to encourage the presence there of previously selected (already having a CSQ) immigration applicants.
