Request Summary: Kindly provide us with the data on the number of full-time employees working to process the permanent residence applications received under the "TR to PR" program. Please include all the categories of the program. We are requesting the data for the year 2021 and year 2022 (Until today, July 12, 2022). Also, please provide the processing manual provided to officers to assess the permanent residence applications received under the "TR TO PR" program. Further, please provide the number of full-time and part-time employees of IRCC working on the Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship (PGP) inside Canada during the year 2020, 2021, and 2022. Kindly also provide the instructions, guidelines and application processing manuals provided to the officers in relation to the PGP program.
