Request Summary: I would like to receive all documents relating to the processing of PR cards, including but not limited to: the steps involved in creating and mailing PR cards to new permanent residents, the number of staff assigned to each step, discussions in any medium within the preceding 12 months relating to delays in issuing PR cards, and an explanation of any variance in time to issue cards (i.e., why would one PR card take 5 days to issue, while some take months?). Be verbose in your explanation (Until October 13,2021).
