Request Summary: Quintet Consulting Corporation was commissioned by the Privy Council Office to conduct an in-depth investigation into allegations of a toxic work environment at the Office of the Secretary to the Governor General (OSGG). We would like to get an electronic copy of the final report of the investigation that was given to the Privy Council Office. In addition to the findings and results in this review report, the document should be accompanied by recommendations on next steps and future measures that should be applied.
