Provide separate numbers. a) Which application / software is using for this random selection? b) Is IRCC using MS Excel for the random selection? c) What is the algorithm using for random selection? d) Please share a copy of the business document and the process map and the Standard Operating Procedures specifically for administering the RANOM selection. e) How would the paper submissions assimilate with the main database (Pool) that contains online submissions? 2. What is the reason for IRCC going back to the lottery process instead of First Come First Serve method followed last year (2019)? 3. Did IRCC collect any feedback / survey from stakeholders before going back to the lottery process this year? 4. Please share a copy of any documents such as s survey results / feedback documents that IRCC have in regards to PGP 2020 that supports the decision to move back to the lottery process / changing the process of first come first serve process (PGP 2019) 5. Did IRCC explore other options instead of lottery system or first come first serve? If yes, what are those process and why didn¿t IRCC choose that method? 6. Will IRCC use the same Pool of `interest to sponsor form? applications received by Nov 3, 2020 for selection of 30,000 potential sponsors for the year of 2021?
