Request Summary: I would like the following information: The list of appointments to the Parole Board of Canada since 1990, broken down by name of appointee; year of appointment; biography; positions the individual previously held in the Canadian public service, if applicable. All communications (email exchanges, notes, mailings, etc.) concerning Dave Blackburn, former PBC board member, since 2013. All communications concerning applications and hiring interviews for board members for the PBC, Quebec Division, since 2015. A copy of the letter sent by board members of the PBC, Quebec Division, in 2017, regarding their concerns about changes within the PBC and all communications on this last point.
