Request Summary: I am formally requesting access to records regarding a meeting held in November 2023 between the Office of the Information Commissioner (OIC) and a delegation from the Philippines. Specifically, I am interested in understanding whether the unique legal situation in the Philippines, where divorce remains illegal, was a topic of discussion or consideration in advance of this meeting. Any and all briefing materials prepared for the OIC, minutes or recordings of the meeting itself (if available), and any follow-up reports or communications generated by the OIC after the meeting would be valuable.
