Request Summary: All the instructions and/or memos sent by the QSW line of business management to QSW application processing centers in the past 24 months providing guidance, instructions, etc (such as change of processings priorities, transfer of applications to other offices, resuming sending AoR,...) related to the processing of QSW applications. -the specific instructions given to the agents to process the QSW applications at the Montreal and Ottawa offices at the same pace as other offices to guarantee fairness and equal processing timeline between applications processed by other offices, such as Sydney. -the ratio of agents assigned to process QSW files in Montreal, Ottawa and Sydney processing offices; -the number of agents assigned to process QSW applications at the Montreal and Ottawa Office processing; a detailed flowchart of the QSW application processing, which details every step, and also the targeted timing for each step. -all the instructions and/or any memos sent by the QSW line of business management to Sydney CIO related to the transfer of batches of QSW applications to Montréal and Ottawa offices; -all the correspondence emanating from Ottawa and Montreal processing offices related to their limited capacity to process QSW applications within department targets. -all the internal (which are not already published on the internet) instructions given to agents processing QSW applications.
