Included should be compensation format between Blue Cross and Veteran Affairs if there is a service contract in place. Requesting any documents that provide the policy and procedures for the decision process pertaining to the First and Second National Level Appeals Unit of Veteran Affairs Canada. Requesting the percentage of approved and denied decisions from both the First and Second Level Appeals Unit over the past three years.
