1) the Code Governing the Conduct of Employees of the National Energy Board, as it was in effect on January 16, 2015; 2) the document entitled "Practices for Meetings Dealing with Matters Before the Board", as it was in effect on January 16, 2015;3) all documents relating to the Canadian Assessment Agency d'impact ("Agency") and its employees which would be analogous to documents 1) and 2) requests above, as they were in effect on the following dates: June 21, 2019, July 3, 2020, November 18 and 13 December 2021; 4) other than the documents currently appearing online in the Canadian Impact Assessment Registry or the Canadian Environmental Assessment Archives, any document exchanged since September 13, 2018 directly or indirectly concerning the Gas Pipeline project between the Agency and the proponent of the Gazoduq project (“Promoter”).
