Members of parliament: Chris Warkentin, Brenda Shanahan, and Marie-Hélène Gaudreau I would like ALL the documents submitted by MindGeek between 5 Feb 2021 and 1 Sept 2021. I would like ALL email correspondence from MindGeek to the department + the above name MPs between 2019 and 1 Sept 2021. HELPFUL CONTEXT. MP. Shannon Stubbs asked during the hearing: “Yes. I want to ensure that we're prescriptive and thorough in the requests that we make. I think what we definitely have to have in the documents supplied will be a comprehensive breakdown of all the revenue streams, the equity in the company and explicitly who owns it, what the value is, and if there is any debt leveraging, who owns that debt. I think it would be beneficial to know how much revenue has been generated in the last five years and if there's enough money to make the case that they could be holding themselves to a higher standard, or ought to be. If so, I am requesting a copy of the tenders and bids received; I am requesting a detailed copy of the costs related to this project, including the cost of filling a food cart for customers before the changeover and after the changeover with the new supplier, Aramark; The number of employees involved in the project during its design, implementation and today; I request copy of all contracts entered into between VIA Rail and Aramark; Who is the person responsible for the Michelin Project; Depending on the nature of the contracts(s) entered into between VIA Rail and Aramark, VIA Rail will not own the inventory system and onboard payment technology which are the sole property of the supplier, Aramark.
