Access to the files that the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (“CNSC”) holds with regards to: a) Acsion Industrie inc., located at 24 Aberdeen Ave, in Pinawa, Manitoba (“Acsion”); and b) Iotron (now part of Sterigenic) located at located at 1425 Kebet Way, Port Coquitlam, in British Columbia (“Iotron”). More specifically, we would like to obtain a copy of the permits issued by the CNSC to Iotron and Acsion pursuant to the Class II Nuclear Facilities and Prescribed Equipment Regulations (the “Class II Equipment Regulation”) (the “Class II Equipment Permits”), a copy of the Class II Equipment Permits application as well as a copy of all documents related to such Class II Equipment Permits, including all documents required under the Class II Equipment Regulation filed by Acsion and Iotron to the CNSC.
