In 2015 or 2016, the department cut the budget for plants forcing the removal of all plants in the building. Please provide this report or mention of the end of the plant contract due to the budget. In 2014, 2015 or 2016, the vacuum budget was reduced to once every 2 weeks instead of once a week. Please provide me with information regarding these decisions (change in contract or other to validate the information).
