Clarify further: 1- a list of all locations that can be assigned to the paper file of citizenship grant application. for example (e-grant PR status, e-grant DF...) 2-The meaning for each entry into the location field of the paper file. for example (e-grant PR status) what does PR means, (e-grant DF) what does DF means 3- All documents and training materials, manuals and policies, and instruction related to each entry to the location field of the paper file. for example (what policies and processes applies when a citizenship grant application assigned E-grant PR status 4-What application status or criteria, or activities causes a citizenship grant application to be assigned a specific location for the paper file. Also know as the AA for SCLPCP. This would include records relating to the impact mitigation exercises, a peer review, a gender-based analysis plus assessment, and a quality assurance plan. Please provide the same data provided to the AG that allowed them to determine "applications that received an automated eligibility decision were finalized, on average, about 2 months faster than those that did not".
