Please provide a list of all the titles and dates of all reports, memos and presentations produced by the Risk Management Unit at IRCC Manila from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021. Note, I am not currently requesting the content of the reports. Electronic records only. Please exclude anything requiring consultation with DOJ. Please note, that my goal is to treat this like the stage 1 and stage 2 approaches to requesting emails. I am looking to sort through the list to find the relevant presentation produced and then request that presentation in a separate ATIP.

I would like to have more information regarding the Canadian Orientation Abroad (COA) program such as documents and resources used during these orientation sessions (i.g: presentations, resource materials, hand-outs, booklets). In addition, I would like to access documents that detail the procedures of these orientation session (How does IRCC select refugee participants? How does a typical "training" day look like? How many days is the orientation offered? Are the orientation procedures standard across the 12 permanent sites?). Moreover, I would like to access statistics describing the number of participants to these sessions across the 12 permanent sites (preferably per year). Finally, according to the Canadian Governement's website (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/partners-service-providers/immigrant-serving-organizations/best-pratices/canadian-orientation-abroad.html), "The International Organization for Migration is required to submit, to Citizenship and Immigration Canada as funder, accounting statements as well as statements of progress on the project which include and may not be limited to narrative and statistical reports". Hence, I would like to have access to these statements, as well as statements provided by refugees (e.g: feedback on these orientation sessions).
