Requesting all pertinent legislation and VAC policies dealing with B Line treatment benefits and how they are awarded to veterans. Responsive records should include policies dealing with: - veterans who are first awarded VIP benefits rooted in conditions attributable to SDA/SDO service, thus becoming eligible for B line coverage; and - veterans who are awarded conditions arising from non-SDA/SDO service and VIP is granted for those conditions, and the veteran later successfully claims a SDA/SDO-related disability that would (on its own) result in B line coverage. Specifically, seeking policy dealing with the process VAC follows, which leads to B line coverage.Organization: Veterans Affairs Canada
